The names below are the gateway names, and they are the only names tools/call accepts. The
prefix is added by the gateway, so the unprefixed name a server registers internally is not

Call tools/list rather than hardcoding a tool list. It returns exactly the tools your token
is entitled to, with their live schemas. A tool missing from the response is a scope you do
not hold.
